Q. How do I search cover images on the site?

To search our template cover images click Search by Genre above then select your preferred cover choice. You can also enter cover keywords above to search and select a cover. You can also email us your own images and we will upload them to your private member page so you can easily add your book cover title, author name and any other preferred text and view your cover within minutes.

Q. Can I request a specific cover design?

If you are looking for a specific cover image select Search by Genre above or enter search keywords above related to the image you want (bird, lion, etc) to see if there are covers for your required cover type. You can also click Contact Us above with details of a cover image type you'd prefer and we will contact you with appropriate images we have available for your consideration. We also add new cover images frequently.

Q. Are the cover templates designed for use by more than one author?

Our template covers can be used by more than one author with their own book details added. A great amount of work goes into each cover so that they stand out on bookseller sites to help highlight authors books more than many bespoke covers. If you decide instead to use your own image on your private page on our site to add details then you will be the only one that can use any of your own images that are your sole copyright.

Yes, it is simple to add text to your cover. Once you select a cover our cover creator page opens and you can easily select stylish fonts, font sizes and colors. The simple instructions are displayed below the cover on the cover creator. You can easily move text on your chosen cover by the text position arrows on the cover creation page.

Q. What is the cost if I want to use the cover I create for my cover?

Each cover cost is £39, and the same if using your own image to use our cover creation text adding tools. If your currency is different then the system will convert your cover price in order to take secure online payment. All online transactions with CreateaBookCover.com are processed using industry standard encryption to protect your details. We also employ payment authentication techniques including MasterCard Secure Code and Verified by Visa.

Q. In what format can I download my completed book cover?

Once you have created and made payment for your book cover you can download your book cover from your My Account page in jpeg format for use with all major publishers.

Q. Can I use my cover for a print cover too?

Our covers are designed for ebook front covers and ebook resolutions, however some print publishers have cover creation pages that may enable you to use the ebook front cover and add a print back cover and spine via their system. Click Contact Us above to contact us and we can advise on applicable print publishers.

Q. How do I download my completed cover once I have made payment?

To download your completed ebook cover click on your My Account page, then click My Purchased Covers and the download button next to your cover title.

Q. Can I revise my cover once I have made payment for it?

Yes, you can revise your cover by clicking My Account then My Purchased Covers and the Revise button next to your completed cover. The revision fee for an ebook cover is £19. If your currency is different then the system will convert the revision fee in order to take secure online payment. All online transactions with CreateaBookCover.com are processed using industry standard encryption to protect your details. Q. How do I continue creating an book cover that I have started?

To continue creating a cover click My Account then the Covers Being Edited button then click Show Options and the Edit button for your cover.

Q. How do I save a cover of interest to view or edit later?

To save a cover of interest click the cover then click the Save button on the cover creation page. Then on your My Account page click the Covers Being Edited button then Show Options for the cover and the edit cover button.

Q. How does the High Res Sample function work for a cover?

All our covers are available in even higher resolution than you see on screen once you purchase a cover. To view a part-example of a high res cover before purchase click Covers Being Edited then Show Options for the cover you are editing and then the High Res Sample button.

Then click on your computer or device to view Downloads and the high resolution part sample of the cover. Once you complete and buy your cover the complete cover will available for download in top quality high resolution.

Q. How do I change my mail preferences to opt in or out of site emails?

Q. How do I cancel my account?

Click My Account and then the button to cancel your account. Important Note – please be sure to download any covers you have created and want to keep as your covers can't be retrieved once you have cancelled your account.

Q. Is the site logo removed from cover images once purchased?

Yes, our site logo is removed completely from a cover once you purchase and download your cover from your My Purchased Covers page.

Q. Where can I obtain a receipt for my purchase of a cover?

Click on My Account and My Purchased Covers and then click the order number to view and print your cover order receipt.
